Failure of your AED:
- You can report a failure 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year
- FREE replacement AED whilst yours is being repaired
- Within 24 hours of the fault being reported, you will receive an appointment from our on-site service technician
Following deployment of your AED:
- You can report a deployment 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year
- Appointment for reading your AED and on-site follow-up within 6 hours of the initial report
- Replacement of electrodes and/or battery to your location within 24 hours after deployment
