places great value on developments in the field of
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and taking
measures that create the smallest environmental burden.
Reducing waste
Numerous
products arrive at and leave our warehouse every day. We
use as much recycled packaging as possible in order to
cut down on waste. We also pay a great deal of attention
to recycling used batteries from the AEDs. Customers can
send them to us free of charge for environmentally
friendly disposal.
Involvement with social organizations
Since 2007
we have donated €20 to a charity for every AED sold from
the AEDwinkel. As of January 2010, that charity has been
the children’s cancer charity Stichting Kinderen
Kankervrij (KiKa). More information about KiKa can be

Moreover,
we have been closely involved since 2004 in the
organization of Rescue Vlissingen, initially as
administrator of the website and as a promotional
supporter for the event. Since 2006 we have been one of
the organizers and the main sponsor of
Rescue Vlissingen.
At the
local scale, we are also involved in supporting
organizations. We have sponsored one of the youth soccer
teams of VV Vogelwaarde since 2008 and are we
cooperating in a sponsorship project for the purchase of
AEDs for sports clubs.
